Professional Folding Door Fixing and Training Service.
This is a service that has been set up by Duration Windows in the interest of helping our trade customers. This service is specifically a bi-folding door fixing service and is only available for a bi-fold that has been purchased from Duration Windows.
Due to the specialised attention required when installing this product, many of our trade customers shy away from jobs where bi-folds are specified by the customer. No longer will you have to turn down work due to the lack of experience or expertise in fitting bi-folding doors. Leave it to Duration – we have put in place a service whereby our people can come out on site and take care of everything for you. We are providing this service to our customers in order to help and support them in the process of installing this product.
Builder Service
This service is aimed at builders who want to be able to specify a bi-fold but do not want to fit it themselves. Why worry about fixing these intricate bi-folds, when we will do it all for you so that you don’t have to turn down jobs. This service is available from just £645 +VAT for 2 or 3 panel bi-folds, each extra panel will add £150 +VAT per panel to the fixing costs. This price is for the cost of installation when you supply sizes. We manufacture the door to your sizes and fix for you into an existing opening. We will need you to confirm these sizes. We do not however clear the site, make good, or seal to the elements - this responsibility lies with you.
On-Site Tuition Service
Would you or your staff like to be given fitting training on our bi-folds? We will fix the first door for you at an agreed price and teach your staff at the same time. See the fastest way to fix the doors and learn how to make the doors glide effortlessly. Learn the easiest way to toe & heel our bi-folds. Once taught you can then confidently go on to sell more doors and win more business for this must-have product...just be on site ready when our installation team turns up. Sales Leads
Bi-folding doors are becoming more and more popular. They are a must-have item and once we consider you to be an knowledgable installer of our bi-folds we can refer customers, in your area to you. We receive countless numbers of customers phoning us, asking for supply & fit for our folding doors. As a manufacturer we will pass these leads onto you. We will also issue you with a certificate to show that you have gone through the initial training program for fitting our folding doors.

Professional Survey
Surveys are available from £195 +VAT for customers within approximately 100 miles of Canvey Island. If you are outside of this standard area please contact us for a survey price. You can save this cost by providing us with the sizes etc.
